WENATCHEE APPLESOX TICKET DISCLAIMER
This ticket is a revocable license and the holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to attendance at this event, whether occurring before, during or after the game. This ticket may be taken and admission refused upon refunding the purchase price appearing thereon. This ticket will not be replaced if stolen or destroyed. It is understood that the license granted by this ticket for the purpose of viewing the game only as an eyewitness. The Wenatchee AppleSox Baseball Club further reserves the right to eject and prosecute any person whose conduct is deemed unbecoming (E.G. throwing objects, abusive or vulgar language). Violators will be ejected without refund. All carried items will be searched upon entry, and entrants themselves are subject to search. Ticket-holder expressly grants Wenatchee AppleSox permission to use holder’s image in connection with any live or recorded transmission, reproduction or publication of this event. Tickets obtained from sources other than Wenatchee AppleSox may be lost, stolen or counterfeit ticket and in such cases will not be honored. Individuals ages 3 and older must have a ticket. Children ages 2 and under are admitted free of charge. No refunds or exchanges. Pass-outs or re-entry are prohibited.
Holder, on behalf of himself/herself and Minor(s), acknowledges and assumes all risks and dangers associated with Holder and/or Minor(s): (i) being a spectator before, during, and after a baseball game (including all warm-ups, practices, pre-game, post-game and between-inning activities, promotions and competitions), and (ii) attending, observing or participating in the Game, in each case, whether any such risk or danger occurs prior to, during or subsequent thereto, including specifically (but not exclusively) the danger of being injured by thrown bats; bat fragments; thrown or batted balls; thrown, dropped, or launched items; projectiles; persons; animals; other hazards or distractions; and any incidents or accidents associated with crowds of people or the negligence or misconduct of other spectators.
Any person entering the premises waives all civil liability against this premises owner and operator for any injuries caused by the inherent risk associated with contracting COVID-19 at public gatherings, except for gross negligence, willful and wanton misconduct, reckless infliction of harm, or intentional infliction of harm, by the individual or entity of the premises.
